78bat Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 78bat website, mobile platform and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 78bat and is intended solely for adult users who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

By registering an account or using any part of the 78bat Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 78bat. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 78bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

To open and maintain an account on the 78bat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 78bat strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the 78bat Platform or from any other gaming platform for fraud, abuse or breach of terms.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and keep that information current at all times. You must not use false identities or impersonate any other person.

78bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension or closure.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 78bat Platform. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
• You must notify 78bat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 78bat will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect them.
• 78bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it believes the account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that may harm other users or the integrity of the Platform.
• Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to the 78bat support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

All accounts are subject to ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) monitoring. 78bat may request additional documentation at any stage to comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted pending the completion of the verification process.

78bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit per transaction is subject to payment method limits and any VIP tier conditions applicable to your account.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and other methods listed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the withdrawal method supporting outbound transfers. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but 78bat endeavours to process all standard withdrawal requests promptly.
• 78bat reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. If verification is required, 78bat will notify the player and specify the documents needed. Withdrawal processing will resume once verification is completed satisfactorily.
• 78bat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are outside 78bat's control and remain the player's responsibility.

All deposits are credited to your 78bat account in Bangladeshi Taka. 78bat reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close an account if it has reasonable grounds to believe the deposit originates from fraudulent, stolen or otherwise unlawfully obtained funds.

78bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and device.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier and any game restrictions are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering on games that are excluded from bonus play will not count towards clearing the rollover requirement.
• 78bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled mid-term, 78bat will use reasonable endeavours to give affected players advance notice where practicable.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts. Bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus play are non-transferable and may only be withdrawn by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• 78bat reserves the right to void any bonus and reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it has evidence that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or any other strategy that 78bat determines to be bonus abuse.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player who closes their account and re-registers, or who registers a second account in an attempt to claim a welcome bonus a second time, will be ineligible for the welcome bonus and the duplicate account will be closed.

78bat is committed to providing a fair, secure and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on the Platform without explicit written permission from 78bat.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by 78bat.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share live dealer information in real time, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Using the 78bat Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. 78bat is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards 78bat staff or other users through any communication channel, including live chat support.

78bat employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors Platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 78bat will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of legitimate users, including by voiding affected bets, reclaiming funds and referring matters to law enforcement where appropriate.

78bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Platform. Gaming on 78bat should be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. 78bat provides all players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, all accessible directly from within the player account area.

Players who feel that their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to contact the 78bat support team directly for assistance. 78bat will never pressure a player to continue gambling or to reverse a self-exclusion request. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

All content on the 78bat Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 78bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 78bat. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in account termination and may give rise to legal claims against you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 78bat's liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• 78bat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if 78bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 78bat is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions or other circumstances beyond 78bat's reasonable control.
• 78bat's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 78bat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

78bat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 78bat will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 78bat Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 78bat support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedure published on the Platform. 78bat is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
